Vibsnap Child Safety Standards

At Vibsnap, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation or abuse of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our community and cooperating with global efforts to eliminate Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1Zero-Tolerance Statement

Vibsnap strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, sharing, or transmission of any content that exploits, harms, or abuses children. Any attempt to use our platform to facilitate harm against minors will result in immediate and permanent termination of access and reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.

2Definition of Prohibited Content

We define prohibited content and behavior in alignment with international safety standards, including:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depictions (photos, videos, or AI-generated imagery) of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): This includes grooming (building a relationship with a minor to lower their inhibitions for abuse), sex trafficking of minors, and the solicitation of sexual material from children.
Endangerment: Any content that encourages dangerous behavior or promotes the physical or psychological harm of minors.

3In-App Reporting Mechanisms

Vibsnap provides easy-to-use tools for users to report suspicious content or behavior directly within the app:

Report Content

Tap the "three dots" or "Report" icon on any post to flag it for "Child Safety" or "Abusive Content."

Report User

Visit a user’s profile and select "Report User" to notify our moderation team of predatory behavior.

Confidentiality: All reports are handled discreetly by our safety team to protect the reporter.

4Enforcement Actions

Upon receiving a report or detecting a violation through our automated systems, Vibsnap takes the following actions:

Immediate Removal: The infringing content is removed from the platform immediately.
Account Bans: Users who upload CSAM or engage in grooming behavior will be permanently banned from the platform.
Device Blocking: We may use hardware-level blocking to prevent bad actors from creating new accounts.

5Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Vibsnap complies with all local and international child safety laws. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and organizations dedicated to child protection, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). When required by law, we will preserve and report evidence of child exploitation to the CyberTipline.
