VibSnap – Terms of Service

Welcome to VibSnap (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or accessing VibSnap, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use VibSnap, you must:
- Be 13 years or older (or the minimum age required in your country).
- Have legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable laws.
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All actions taken through your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date
We may suspend accounts that:
- Violate our Terms or community rules
- Engage in harmful or illegal activity
- Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
- Abuse AI features, voice content, or community tools
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VibSnap to:
- Post harmful, hateful, violent, explicit, or illegal content
- Share misinformation or deceptive content
- Upload copyrighted materials you don’t own rights to
- Harass, stalk, or bully others
- Collect data about users without consent
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Misuse AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or deepfake content
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
4. Content You Create (“User Content”)
You own the rights to the content you post, including:
- Photos, videos, voice notes, real-life updates
- AI-generated creations
- Community posts and comments
By posting content, you grant VibSnap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display, host, store, modify (for reformatting), and distribute your content
- Use it within the App’s features (feeds, AI tools, recommendations, local communities)
This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where content shared by others may remain visible or backups persist for a limited period.
5. AI Features
- AI-powered photo enhancement
- AI voice-based interactions
- AI auto-captions, suggestions, or editing
- Local discovery recommendations
- Safety filters and moderation
You agree that:
- AI outputs may not always be accurate
- You will not misuse AI to deceive, impersonate, or harm others
- You will provide opt-in consent where required (Google Play policy compliant)
6. Community & Local Sharing Features
VibSnap enables local community interactions. You agree to:
- Respect local laws and cultural norms
- Not share others’ private location or personal info without permission
- Use these features responsibly
7. Privacy
Your use of VibSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Google Play data safety compliance is fully applied.
8. Safety & Moderation
We use automated moderation (AI), human review, and community reporting tools. We may remove content or restrict accounts to maintain platform safety.
9. Intellectual Property
All VibSnap branding, design, code, and features belong to us. You may not reverse engineer the app, copy content, or use our trademarks without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
VibSnap may integrate third-party analytics, AI engines, cloud hosting, and payment processors. Their terms apply. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
11. In-App Purchases
- All payments are handled securely by Play Store
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
13. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by law: VibSnap is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features may produce inaccurate outputs.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VibSnap from any claims resulting from your misuse of the App, posted content, or violations of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by local laws of your primary region and international consumer protection regulations where applicable.
